OCTOBER 22, 2020: The Hobby School of Public Affairs at the University of Houston and Houston Public Media are hosting a series of candidate forums in a conversational format that avoids the typical debate structure. This forum features candidates for the 135th district of the Texas House of Representatives: the Democratic incumbent Jon Rosenthal, and the Republican challenger Justin Ray.
