LWV HA holds monthly forums from September through April. Forums deal with timely and controversial issues: a lecture by a well-known speaker or a panel discussion is followed by Q&A. Meetings are open to the public.

Dr. Jacob has extensive experience on coastal issues, and his presentation will focus on: sea level rise and climate change, the pros and cons of the Ike Dyke, the loss of coastal wetlands and the potential impact of more hurricanes. Please come for an informative presentation and lively discussion.
